OnePlus is said to be preparing for the launch of its new Nord series smartphone. The company is expected to release the mid-range OnePlus Nord 3 smartphone in the near future. The smartphone maker has not yet disclosed the launch timeline for the smartphone, but some new press images of the upcoming OnePlus have appeared online. The recent leaks suggest that the OnePlus Nord 3 will be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace V2, which the company recently launched in China.
According to German website Winfuture.de, the yet-to-be-released OnePlus Nord 3 is rumored to come in blue, green, teal hue, and black color options. The smartphone is expected to have a triple rear camera setup with dual flash. The front is rumored to have a punch-hole display surrounded by minimal bezels. The right side of the smartphone is expected to have a power button and the famous alert slider, while the left side is expected to have the volume rockers.
The OnePlus Nord 3 is expected to feature a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a resolution of 1240×2727 pixels. The display is said to offer a 144Hz refresh rate and up to 1450 nits of peak brightness.
The mid-range OnePlus smartphone is rumored to be powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 9000 chipset, paired with up to 16GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The OnePlus Nord 3 is said to run on the Android 13 operating system, topped with the company’s own OxygenOS 13.
The upcoming OnePlus smartphone is rumored to have dual SIM support and a triple rear camera. The rear camera of the smartphone is said to feature a 50MP main sensor, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro shooter. The front is rumored to house a 16MP front-facing camera.
